Aamano Music Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition with no signs of significant wear, damage, or alteration.

2. Non Returnable Items

Digital downloads, PDFs, eBooks, custom arrangements, commissioned works, and any item delivered electronically cannot be returned or refunded. This includes all digital sheet music and digital curriculum materials.

3. Physical Books and Products

Printed books, planners, and physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days. Items must be unused, unmarked, and in resellable condition.

4. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different version or product, contact us to begin the process. Exchanges depend on product availability.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

8. How to Start a Return

Email us at aaronnoe@aamanomusic.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and next steps.
